Spring weather has arrived to make for some beautiful days on campus! I got this gorgeous spring dress to wear to a dressy event recently for an awards banquet from JC Penny for a 50% off super-bargain 🙂 I fell in love with this dress weeks earlier but held out until the best deal came along! I love the 3/4 sleeves and delicate florals on the navy background. It could also be used in fall too as it is darker, however still is great for spring when it’s not too hot to wear darker shades. The ruching on the waist adds to the fanciness too, although it is not so formal it can’t be worn to work which is good as this dress is one of my new favorites! It goes great paired with black flats or black heels.
